Managed Kubernetes for production .NET platforms

Official documentation (opens in a new tab)

Overview

Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) provides a managed Kubernetes control plane for containerized .NET 10 services—paired with Helm, ingress controllers, and Azure Container Registry in ConnectSoft delivery paths.

Our catalog also includes Kubernetes as the portable orchestration skill; AKS is the Azure-managed implementation Factory templates target for production-scale microservice estates with Prometheus-friendly metrics and Application Insights integration.

We implement node pools, workload identity, network policies, and upgrade channels with Bicep or Pulumi—so platform teams inherit runbooks, not a one-off cluster diagram.

When you need full Kubernetes on Azure—not only Container Apps—we deliver AKS baselines that match ConnectSoft observability and CI/CD conventions.'

Why we use it:

  • Managed control plane with Azure SLA
  • Helm charts and GitOps-friendly release pipelines
  • Workload identity and Key Vault integration
  • Ingress, cert-manager, and network policy baselines
  • Factory path for high-scale microservice platforms
  • Complements Container Apps for simpler workloads
  • Integrated monitoring with Application Insights and Prometheus
