These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and ConnectSoft ("Company", "we", "us"), concerning your access to and use of the connectsoft.io website. The Site provides information regarding custom software engineering, dedicated teams, and IT consulting services. In order to use the Site, you are required to accept and comply with these Terms of Use.

How our engagement works
1. Services & Engagement models:
No Binding Offer: The information provided on this Site regarding Time & Material, Dedicated Teams, or Fixed Scope models is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer to perform services.
Formal Agreement: A binding contract for engineering services is only formed upon the signing of a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) by both parties.
Estimates: Any project estimates or timelines provided via the Site (including via "Request Rates" or "Contact Us" forms) are preliminary and subject to detailed technical discovery.
2. Intellectual property rights:
Ownership: The Site and its original content, features, and functionality—including specific 3D illustrations, UI design, and code—are owned by ConnectSoft and are protected by international copyright laws.
Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Content without our express written permission. You are strictly prohibited from using our custom 3D assets for your own commercial projects.
Trademarks: The ConnectSoft name and logo are trademarks of the Company. You may not use them in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
