Most software companies pick a lane: they sell services, or a product, or a platform. ConnectSoft is built around a different idea - that those lanes reinforce each other when designed as one system. The ecosystem rests on four pillars, and the interesting part is not any single one but how each makes the others stronger.
Pillar one: the AI Software Factory
The Factory is the engine. It is our agent-driven system for producing software - turning a clear intent into designed, built, tested, and documented services through a mesh of specialized AI agents working alongside engineers. The Factory is how we deliver faster and more consistently than a purely manual shop, and it is the common production capability behind everything else we offer.
Pillar two: live platforms
Not everything should be built from scratch every time. Identity, configuration, audit, billing, communications, documents - these are solved problems that every product needs. So we run them as live, production-grade platforms that customers can adopt directly. Buying a platform means starting your product on top of capabilities that already work, instead of rebuilding the same foundations a competitor is also rebuilding.
Pillar three: AI squads
Sometimes a customer does not want a product or a platform; they want delivery capacity that works the way we do. AI squads are exactly that - teams that pair engineers with the Factory's agents and our delivery model, available at different tiers depending on how much capability a customer needs. A squad brings the Factory and the platforms with it, so a customer gets our whole toolkit rather than just hands on keyboards.
Pillar four: the marketplace
The fourth pillar is where the ecosystem opens outward. As the catalog of platforms, building blocks, and solution packs grows, a marketplace lets customers and partners discover and compose them. It turns the ecosystem from a set of things we offer into a network others can build on.
How the pillars reinforce each other
The design intent is a flywheel, not four separate businesses:
- The Factory builds and improves the platforms.
- The platforms make squad delivery faster, because squads start on solved foundations.
- Squad engagements surface real needs that become new platforms and marketplace offerings.
- The marketplace distributes all of it and feeds demand back to the Factory.
Note: A customer can enter through any pillar - adopt a platform, hire a squad, or use the Factory - and grow into the others. The entry point is a door, not a box.
Wrapping up
The four pillars - Factory, platforms, squads, and marketplace - are not separate products bolted together; they are one ecosystem where each part compounds the others. That is what lets us meet a customer wherever they are, whether they need a finished platform, a delivery team, or the production engine itself, and grow the relationship from there.
